Step 1: English Language Learning
Our program begins with virtual, live English classes, where newcomers learn in an interactive environment led by dedicated instructors and supported by interpreters. Classes are tailored to build both language skills and confidence, helping participants communicate effectively in daily life, with employers, and within their communities.
Step 2: Building Practical Skills
Graduates of the English program are then referred to financial literacy workshops and job training assistance. These sessions cover everyday essentials—like managing money, budgeting, and navigating U.S. systems—while also preparing participants for stable employment.
Step 3: Personalized Pathways to Employment
Through our partnership with a workforce development program, participants receive one-on-one job and vocational training support. This personalized guidance helps them explore career options, develop new skills, and take meaningful steps toward long-term self sufficiency.
