Guidelines for Donating Items for the Ashiyanaa Holiday Haat

It is very important that you read the guidelines below and strictly observe them. All items being donated should be new or gently used. If there are stains, wear or sweat marks on the fabric, please wash and iron/dry clean the item and only donate if the stains are removed. Ashiyanaa reserves the right to refuse items that it feels are not of an appropriate quality.

Location and Timing of Drop Off:
We will be accepting items from June 24th through August 18th 2024 at the following drop off location:
21335 Signal Hill Plaza, Suite 250, Sterling VA

Drop off times:
Monday and Thursdays 3-5 pm (except holidays)
July 14th (Sunday): 3-5 pm
August 18th (Sunday): 3-5 pm

After you submit the Google Form for donating an item you will be prompted to pick a time slot for dropping off the item on Sign up Genius below:

Please see below some suggestions for Dry Cleaners who will dry clean a sari at a reasonable price. There might be others out there. Please do your research on the dry cleaners. We are not responsible for any item damaged during dry cleaning.
